Special Purpose Machines

These are specially designed machines to suit customer application. SPMs are built using standard SPM modules Interchangeability of modules is the basic advantage. These SPM Modules are produced on production basis, in a batch of 100s and distributed worldwide through a chain of SPM manufacturers or representatives.

SPM comes with comprehensive control system with all safety elements and regulations, with ASLC for automation. Man-machine interface comes with program/ run mode and necessary diagnostic messages. Password facility, job counter, tool change counter, energy saver are additional facilities provided by the logic controller.
